Welcome to "MANGAICHIBA.COM"
We appreciate your visit to our site, "MANGAICHIBA.COM".
Before you use this site, please read this agreement and use the site along the agreement.
In any cases, it will be considered you have accepted this user agreement when you use this site "MANGAICHIBA.COM" or its service.
The contents of this user agreement may be updated, changed or erased by us, "MANGAICHIBA.COM", from time to time without notice to users, when necessary.
Please refer to the most corrent version of the user agreement when you use "MANGAICHIBA.COM".

The definition of "user"
"user" means either
1) The individual who apply for the user registration to use "MANGAICHIBA.COM", and whose user registration is permitted by "MANGAICHIBA.COM", by providing him/her with ID and password.
2)The individual who is provided with ID and password by contributing his/her work, and who registers as a user.
With his/her understanding and agreeing this user agreeement.

User registration obligation
You must agree to provide your true, accurate, current and complete information in registration or in contribution.

Laws related to expression and prohibition
Copyright
The copyright of comics released on "MANGAICHIBA.COM" MUST belong to the contributor of the comic, whether the comic is already released (in other magazines or on web sites) or not.
Rights of portrait
"MANGAICHIBA.COM" only accept and release the comics which do not violate any rights of portrait.
Other prohibition on expression
"MANGAICHIBA.COM" prohibit any act compatible with the provisions in domestic law of Japan or in international law.
"MANGAICHIBA.COM" prohibit any act that may damage a third person physically or mentally, that may defame a third person, or that may violate any right of a third person.

Exemption from responsibility

"MANGAICHIBA.COM" will not ensure the credibility and believability of any expression in the comics on "MANGAICHIBA.COM".
We will have no responsibility for the effect on third parties which the comics on "MANGAICHIBA.COM" have made.
We will NOT be responsible for the trouble caused by users.
Please take charge of your ID and password at your own risk. "MANGAICHIBA.COM" will NOT cover the damage caused by unauthorized use or leakage of your ID or password.
As a general rule, "MANGAICHIBA.COM" will release all the comics contributed by writers on "MANGAICHIBA.COM". we, however, may deny the release of the comics which are compatible with " Laws related to expression and prohibition", or which we have consider inappropriate.
Every comic which has fulfilled the predetermined conditions has the possibility to be published, but ultimately we, "the MANGAICHIBA.COM" have the right to decide whether we will publish it or not.
When a comic is to be published, we will e-mail users about it.
For charged users(readers): the contract period is six months. cancellation during the period is not acceptable, and we will not refund you.
